Deep in the African Savannah, a little lion cub named Simba has been thrown into the role of King of the Jungle quicker than he anticipated after losing his father to a stampede accident. Trying to find his place in the world, he develops friendships, new and old, that prepare him for this new season of life. Through celebrations and challenges, Simba starts to realize just how important it is to appreciate the people around him, as the Circle of Life keeps turning.
